Starch material description:

Starch is a high polymer of glucose, also known as starch powder in the catering industry. Its general formula is (C6H10O5) n. When hydrolyzed to the disaccharide stage, it becomes maltose, with the chemical formula (C12H22O11). After complete hydrolysis, glucose is obtained, with the chemical formula (C6H12O6). There are two types of starch: amylose and amylopectin. Starch is a nutrient stored in the plant body, stored in seeds and tubers, and the starch content is relatively high in all types of plants.

Starch material function:

Starch is first broken down into maltose by salivary amylase in the human body, and then maltose is broken down into glucose. Glucose undergoes glycolysis to produce pyruvic acid; Alternatively, starch can be directly decomposed into the glycolytic intermediate product glucose-1-P (which has not been fully mixed with saliva). Then produce pyruvic acid. Acetoacetate combines with enzymes to form acetyl CoA. Then enter the citric acid cycle. Sir, it's citric acid. For every glucose consumed in the citric acid cycle, 6 NADH and 2 FADH2 (electron carriers) are generated. Then, within the mitochondrial membrane structure, these electrons generate a large amount of ATP and energy through ATPase.

Working principle of starch specific airflow dryer:

Airflow dryer is a large-scale drying equipment that adopts the principle of instant drying. It uses the rapid movement of heat carrying air to drive wet materials and suspend them in the hot air. This strengthens the entire drying process and improves the rate of heat and mass transfer. The non bound moisture of the materials dried by airflow can be almost completely removed (for example, the moisture content of starch and other materials in the feed is about 40%, and the finished product discharge can be 13.5%), and the dried materials will not cause deterioration. The output can be significantly improved compared to general dryer drying, and users can achieve high economic benefits in a short period of time.
