Working principle of horizontal screw belt mixer
The horizontal screw belt mixer is driven by the inner and outer diameter screws installed on the mixing shaft to flip the material inside the drum, allowing the mixer to flip the material over a large area inside the drum. In terms of the structure of the mixer, the spiral is designed as an inner and outer, left-right opposite spiral. When the mixer is working, the inner spiral drives the material near the axis to rotate around the axis, and the axial direction is pushed from the inside to both sides. The outer spiral drives the material near the cylinder wall to rotate around the axis, and the axial direction is pushed from both sides to the inside, thus causing the material to circulate and shear mix inside the cylinder, achieving rapid and uniform mixing of the material in a short period of time.
