Boiling drying, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of an air filter, heater, boiling bed host, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and control panel. Due to the different properties of the drying materials, when matching dust removal equipment, it can be considered as needed. Both cyclone separator and bag filter can be selected simultaneously, or one of them can be selected. Generally speaking, for drying materials with high specific gravity such as granules and granular materials, only cyclone separator is needed. For small granular and powdery materials with low specific gravity, bag filter is required, and pneumatic feeding device and belt conveyor are available for selection.

It is also used for drying and dehumidifying food and beverage granules, grain processing, corn germ, feed, etc. The particle size of the material can reach up to 6mm, preferably 0.5-3mm.
